Printing part 2

Next part for the Valify Robot lawnmower is now 3D printed successfully. The Main body connecting the two lower back parts. This part was printed with same settings as the previous print, except the build surface. This time I used the Lokbuild. Last print I got Buildtak to release a little bit from the glass as it was sticking too hard causing small air bubbles underneath the surface and as a result, caused uneven surface area. So I Switched to printing on the Lokbuild.

Anyways. This part was printed With the same filament PETG from PrimaSelect. I got it working quite good now and I am happy with the result. This part was printed in approximately 38h and consumption around 450grams. In fact almost all big parts have a print time of around 40h. All parts are still untouched.

I was quite excited, so I tested to do a small test assembly with the printed parts. Both parts fits very well together and the strength is very good.

Please see below pictures for the assembly. third part is started printing, the left side of the lower back and will be finished in 38h.
